With a background in theatrical sound design and evolving into technical direction, Jason has been a part of the global event industry for over 30 years. His tenure has included collaboration on over a dozen Broadway and West End musicals, the Special Olympics, Victoria’s Secret, Apple, Chevrolet and many others.

David Shapiro

David has more than 100 TV productions, large events and theatrical shows to his credit.  His television credits include The Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show, The Victoria’s Secret Swim Special, The 2015 World Special Olympics, Access Hollywood, Celebrity Expose, The 2006 Emmy Red Carpet Special, New Years Eve with Carson Daly, The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, Conan O’Brien 10th Anniversary Special, NBC’s 75th Anniversary Special, Saturday Night Live, Conan O’Brien and the Rockefeller Center Tree Lighting. 

Carlos Navarette-Patiño

Creative Director, Producer

Creative by nature and a Live Events Production and Costume Designer by trade, Carlos has designed more than 60 productions of theatre, dance, parades, corporate events, ceremonies, theme parks and live events around the world. His work showcases the creative direction of multiple visual aspects of a performance; combining show direction, set, wardrobe, lighting, props, video content and puppetry.

Keith Freiter

Production Manager

Keith has more than 30 years of experience in Live Theatre, Events and Exhibits.  He has worked as Technical Director for Cirque du Soleil Big Tops, managed large-scale infrastructure projects, filmed Base Jumpers from The CN Tower in Toronto, oversaw the Opening Ceremonies for the Pan AM Games Torch Lighting and TD’d for Cirque at the Oscars in 2013.  He has installed outdoor ice rinks and stages for the NHL with BaAM Productions and recently managed the elaborate technical infrastructure inside a 115’ tall Pyramid for Lune Rouge Entertainment. This vast assortment of unique experiences gives Keith an unparalleled knowledge base to work from.
